Advice on booking

We recommend booking bed and breakfast only as otherwise in house meals tend to get a bit repetitive, however all places do do evening meals therefore if any night you did wish to dine in house you could do so and just pay direct. All centres have what is called a Pilgrim Menu or Menu of the Day and they are excellent and very reasonably priced with great selection that is why we prefer to quote on bed and breakfast.

We can provide a Guide but they work out very expensive for a couple of people, if only wanting to walk a little they would also maybe need a back up vehicle to pick them up and take them to the next place which again can be done but will add to the cost.

To keep costs down they would be best taking a taxi from where you are staying that day some kms down the route and then walk the last part in to the next overnight stay, depending on how may kms they wish to walk. This way each day it would just be the cost of a taxi which is around 1.5 euros per kilometre.

10 nights on the Camino Portugues Coastal route from Vigo to Santiago de Compostela.

There is a Pilgrim Boat trip of approx 90 minutes included from Villanova de Arousa to Pontesecures,this is the route the body of the Apostle James took to its final resting place in Santiago Cathedral. Your Captain, Captain Santiago will also tell you about the history of the coastline and the towers you pass on your journey.

We have included two nights in Santiago at the end, to allow you to attend the daily Pilgrim Mass and collect your Compostela Certificate.

You will find plenty to see and do in this UNESCO World Heritage Centre.

We can do return private airport transfers to and from Santiago Airport
